This sake is made using the "Jikakumi" method, where the freshly squeezed sake is bottled without filtration, trapping the natural carbon dioxide produced during fermentation. This crystal-clear sake contains a natural sweetness and a gentle aroma derived from the yeast. The carbonation allows for a brief explosion of flavour in the mouth, followed by a soft smooth sensation down the throat.
